Junior Associate
Location: Washington, D.C.
Compensation: $55,000 – $75,000
About the Role:
Provide research, operations, and content support across AIPN, gaining hands-on experience with AI policy while working alongside seasoned national-security and tech experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rapid research and draft internal memos
- Track AI-related legislation and committee activity
- Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics
- Draft social posts, newsletters, and website updates
- Support day-to-day operations and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills
- Keen interest in AI policy and technology governance
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- People person with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-directed initiator with an upbeat, whatever-it-takes attitude
